Job Title: BARBACK Company: Penn National Gaming, Inc Location: Sioux City, IA Description: •Promote and maintain all steps in the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with. •Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars. •Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars: filling ice bins, etc. •Stock bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes. •Stock non-alcoholic beverages: soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars. •Stock liquor room with all supplies: liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc. •Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, take out the trash. •Assist with setting up for banquets and private functions: stock alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and paper products. •Break bartenders, make change, run cashier register. Help with inventories.   Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
