Job Title: Awesome Bar Back Job - train to be a bartender Company: Location: Lexington, KY Description: Awesome bar back position, and we'll begin training you after 2 weeks to become a full bartender as well. This job pays an hourly rate + tip out in a busy downtown bar. More than one position is open for both full and part time positions. You do need to be over over 21 with( no felony or alcohol related misdemeanor convictions). Experience is desirable but not necessary, Tips/ Stars certification as well as food handler certification is preferred but you can get this quickly online if you do not have it. You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and there will be both weekend shifts and weekday/night shifts so this is great for someone with flexible schedules such as students etc. Part time and full time available. Usual bar back duties - sticking ice wells, clearing tables, restroom restocking and light cleaning etc. Most of our bar backs begin training for bartender positions within 2 weeks of employment and advance after 6 months to full time bartender positions.
