Job Title: Bartender/Manager Company: SOVA Espresso & Wine Location: Washington, DC Description: Bartender/Manager SOVA Espresso & Wine is looking for an experienced bartender/manager to take over and continue to grow our increasing H St. customer base by leading a team of other bartenders and bar backs. You will manage our growing craft cocktail, wine & beer program, and work with the business owner to come up with special events such as wine tastings, beer tastings, and cocktail classes, or the like. You will oversee and manage all that goes on in the bar, not just behind the bar. This includes working with the person in charge of our food program. Since many of the food items we make or serve will be geared towards the bar patrons you will be serving, your input will be important as to create a food and drink menu that compliments each other.
