Job Title: CAGE CASHIER Company: Pinnacle Entertainment Location: Saint Louis, MO Description: Under general supervision, responsible for contributing to the entertaining atmosphere at River City Casino by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly manner, while providing guests with change and money exchange services.Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate.
