We are located at:11th and Market Streets, Wilmington, DE 19801 House Front Desk Agent- Hotel DuPont Front Desk Agents are responsible for assisting Hotel guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front desk related functions,including check-in, check-out, guest requests and cashier functions. Ability to maintain a high-standard of service and hospitality at all times. Maintaincash bank and properly records daily cash transactions. Knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them. Additional responsibilties include: Creating positive guest experiences and memories Functioning as hotel operator in his/her absence, including answering outside and in-house phone calls, setting and placing wake up calls, sending and receiving faxes, as well as billing for faxes sent and received Functioning as reservations agent as needed;facilitating reservations for other areas of the hotel (restaurant, banquet, theatre) as needed. Functioning as coat check person as needed. Supporting and promoting DuPont. Ensuring guest requests are met, billing instrutions are followed, and valid method of payment established.
