Responsible for seating Guests according to established rotation procedure, distribute menus and explain the food items. ? Handles any Guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously. ? Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.Cashier:? Responsible for receiving payment from Food and Beverage guest in a prompt and courteous manner. ? Responsible for adhering to established Cash Control Policies and Procedures of Sheraton Casino. ? Answers any guest question and direct concerns to appropriate management. ? Advises guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets to guests. ? Handles any guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously. ? Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation. ? Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors, and any pertinent Sheraton Casino Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service. ? Job Title: PLAYER SERVICES HOST FULL-TIME Company: Penn National Gaming, Inc Location: Tunica Resorts, MS Description: Obtains travel and hotel accommodations for guests. Provides hotel complimentary decisions based upon qualified gaming performance, provides information concerning the hotel and casino activities and special events, develops appropriate guest interaction.   Job Requirements: High School, or GED required. At least six months previous hotel, reservations or guest service experience preferred.
