Oversee all aspects of restaurant during absence of Manager and/or Assistant. ? Maintain complete knowledge of P.O.S. and manual systems and procedures. ? Be familiar with daily house count, expected outlet business and menu items and specials. Qualifications/Requirements: ? Provide legible communication and directions. ? Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers). ?
