Responsible for meeting and greeting all guests as they arrive in the restaurant; Maintain a clean safe working environment; Escort guests and help seat guests; Answer the phone, take messages and reservations; Update kitchen on upcoming business; Prepare and print wine notes and souvenir menu for guests; Update client history on open table; Assist in bringing drinks to guests to lounge or/and from lounge to restaurant.
