Job Title: Working Lead Hotel Housekeeper Company: Location: Stowe, VT Description: Full service hotel on Mountain Road in Stowe is seeking an experienced lead housekeeper for a full time, long term commitment. Duties include daily housekeeping of guest rooms and common areas, training and supervision of part time housekeepers, towel laundry and ordering of supplies and bed linens from service. Work load will be heavier at predictable peak times, but there will be steady work for this position to have full time hours at off peak seasons to do deep cleaning projects as well. Availability to work weekends and holidays are required. Being sought is an individual who can turn over a reasonable amount of rooms on a shift, and can work at a quick pace and set an example for the part time housekeeping staff. The lead housekeeper will be responsible for checking the rooms cleaned by the part time staff, and correct if necessary. A positive and professional attitude and taking pride in the quality of your work is a desired trait. Starting hourly rate depends on experience.
