Job Title: Steward - Buffet Company: Harrahs Entertainment Location: New Orleans, LA Description: JOB SUMMARY: Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and silverware to be used by guests of casino/hotel. Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment. Keeps dining room and banquet areas clean and sanitized.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Prepares tableware for washing, i.e., scrapes plates, pre-soaks silverware, places all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack.
