Job Title: Part Time Maintenance Technician Company: Location: Louisville, KY Description: The Residence Inn Louisville Downtown is looking for a highly motivated, hands on individual to perform the duties to help maintain the property's physical plant. The opening is for a part-time position only! Some of the daily functions, include, but are not limited to: Normal carpentry, plumbing and painting duties, while Maintenance Technician must also be capable of operating hand and power tools. Conduct daily AM and PM property walks. Make structural repair to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings, patch or replace plaster, paint walls, ceilings. Communicate with front desk and houskeeping on any work orders, provide highest quality guest service at all times and anticipate needs. Responsible for room PM's and daily upkeep of property.
