Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Engineer-Full/part time Company: Location: Charlotte, NC Description: The Doubletree Charlotte Airport Hotel is in search of two level 3 maintenance engineers. Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends and holidays in additional to week day hours. The maintenance engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repairs of equipment and is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest?s requests and other work orders. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and HVAC. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and must be able to work unsupervised at times. He/she must be able to work as a team member with other departments within the hotel and be efficient in handling problems within the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
