Job Title: Maintenance Engineer- Hotel Company: Location: Nashville, TN Description: Jobing Description Overview: Provides maintenance of guest rooms and public areas as well as repair all hotel equipment. Job Functions: o General Maintenance Cutting vinyl o HVAC Refrigeration o Electrician o Plumber Kitchen/Laundry Mechanic o Carpenter o Painter Skills/ Requirements Job Requirements: * General knowledge of skilled trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is absolutely REQUIRED * Maintenance experience of a building/hotel required * Ensure cleanliness and safety of property * Ability to work under time contraints * Maintains professionalism at all times * Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned Physical requirements: * Must be able to stand and/or walk long periods * May be required to climb on scaffolds and ladders * The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. or more. * Duties may be indoors/outdoors.
