Job Title: Two Positions: Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping / Porter Company: Location: Seattle, WA Description: We are currently looking for an exceptional person who shares our love for the customers we serve, the community we manage, and the work we do! As a member of our maintenance team, you will maintain the physical environment of the community, by providing daily cleaning services, and garbage removal to maintain a pleasant living environment for our residents. Primary Responsibilities: Housekeeping Perform various cleaning duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning windows, cleaning common restrooms and resident amenities. Vacuuming hallways and corridors. Transfer of Garbage and recycle bins for pick up. Proper use of all cleaning products and equipment Maintenance Technician Painting, general appliance repair, general plumbing repair, grounds upkeep and general maintenance work. Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers must be able to work scheduled days and consistently arrive for work on time must be able to work from 40 hours, plus on call (for maintenance technician position) Detail and Customer service oriented Independent worker 07B licenser a plus! Able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull large recycling bins and compactor bins. Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technician Company: Location: Seattle, WA Description: Must be able to carry a portable radio, staying in constant communication with the front desk, respond to all engineering service calls, giving priority to guest requests and work closely with Housekeeping Department. Must be able to maintain and repair HVAC, perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and problem solve on own. Must perform preventative maintenance. Must be flexible; hours and days may vary based on need and will include weekends and evenings. May require on-call status. Experience preferred. Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (PT) Company: Location: Seattle, WA Description: Silver Cloud Inn Tacoma Waterfront has an immediate opening for a Part Time Maintenance Engineer. We are looking for a hard working individual to fill 2 weekday shifts per week, 8am-4pm, 16 hours per week. Job requirements include, professional appearance and demeanor, reliable tranpsortation, valid WA driver's license with clean driving record. Great work ethic, hospitable attitude and maintenance abilities are a must. Job duties include, preventive maintenance of guest rooms, caulking, painting, changing light bulbs and ballasts, wallpaper, door closures and vairous other maintenanc related tasks. Other tasks include pressure washing, window cleaning etc., This job requires some driving of company vehicle and transporting hotel guests, perfect driving record is required.
