We are looking for an energetic, motivated and passionate individual who will have the unique and exciting position of a Beverage Manager/ Maitre d? Position
This individual would be responsible for overseeing the day to day activities/ operations of the bar and cocktail lounge as well as assisting our dining room manager in the operational aspects of the dining room.
Candidates are to have a minimum of four years restaurant experience and two years supervisory/ management experience working in the front of the house. Intricate knowledge of liquor, California wines, non alcoholic beverages, inventory, sequence of service, effective communication skills, problem solving, and ability to multitask imperative to the success of the position. Candidate must have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and contribute to a long time destination restaurant.
