A Maitre d interacts with servers and guests, therefore, a professional, friendly manner and great communication skills are essential to this role. The most important duty of a Maitre d is to make our guests feel as if they are guests in ones own home. The Maitre d is the first and last impression of our restaurant, and therefore has the opportunity to set the tone for our guests and see them out with a smile.
