Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor Company: Location: New Haven, CT Description: The Hampton Inn Waterbury seeks a customer oriented individual to work the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and other shifts as required. Job duties consist of serving customers, checking customers in and out of the hotel, answering customer questions, posting and reconcilation of revenue and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. Qualified candidates will have 2 to 3 years customer service experience, hotel background preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills, must be able to read write and speak English clearly, have a well groomed appearance and customer service skills.
