Job Title: Front Desk/Night Audit Agent - 3rd Shift Part Time Company: Starwood Location: Indianapolis, IN Description: The Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel Suites boasts the citys most prestigious location, Keystone at the Crossing. This irresistible location provides easy access to exciting sports atrractions, interesting cultural events and all that Indianapolis has to offer.The Night Audit Agent is responsible for the reconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents work. Responsibilites include but are not limited to: posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the days transactions; running accounts receivable reports; providing next day reports to the Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office as required. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized and self motivated. Along with the accounting functions of the role, the Night Audit Agent may also provide guest services to guests during the overnight hours, handling and resloving issues as they arise. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently and desires an overnight shift. This role provides a wonderful introduction to the hotel industry as it allows interaction with several areas of the hotel.
