Job Summary To deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. Sets up room service trays and tables in anticipation of incoming orders. Retrieves checks from order taker, sets table, picks up order from the kitchen or bar and delivers to guest room. Presents check and obtains payment. Delivers payment/signed check to order taker for closing.
