Job Title: Tunica Roadhouse- Valet Attendant (PT) Company: Harrah's Entertainment Location: Robinsonville, MS Description: Responsible for the safe operation and transport of vehicles on company property, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.? Assists guests promptly and courteously in Valet check-in and check-out.? Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a Valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.? Promptly clears ramp area of cars to be parked.? Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.? Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Job Title: Valet Runner Company: Harrah's Entertainment Location: Biloxi, MS Description: 1.       Follows policies and procedures to insure safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests? vehicles. 2.       Handles guests? vehicles safely and cautiously at all times. 3.       Maintains proper key controls. 4.       Ensures parking tickets have been completed correctly. 5.       Offers information to guests regarding directions, transportation, promotions and Total Rewards. 6.       Responsible for money handling. 7.       Maintains neat and clean appearance, and treats guests and co-workers courteously at all times. 8.       Presents oneself as a credit to Harrah?s and encourages others to do the same. 9.       Must assist patrons in answering questions and directing them to areas of safety during emergencies as directed by management, security, or marine crew members. 10.    Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. PHYSICAL - Must be able to: 1.       Tolerate all types of weather conditions. 2.        Run to or from valet booth to valet parking area in a quick and efficient manner. 3.       Hear.  Can be augmented with a hearing aid. 4.       See. 5.       Drive all types of vehicles.  6.       Climb steps repeatedly. MENTAL - Must be able to: 1.       Communicate directly with management, staff and guests2.       Read, write and comprehend. 3.       Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job , daily memorandums, chemical  labels and other instructions. 4.       Must be able to work under stressful conditions. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.  Must have and hold a state issued Driver?s License and have a clean M.V.R. for 2 year period (no at-fault accidents).  Valet parking and office/cashiering experience helpful.  Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.  Must have a neat and clean appearance and mature attitude.
