Park and retrieve guest¡¦s cars according to the hotel¡¦s established standard operating procedures and accident prevention program. 3. Remain in post position when not parking vehicles, or helping a guest or coworker, to open guest vehicle doors and front doors of hotel as needed. 4. Maintain lobby, front door, bell stand, and luggage room cleanliness and order. 5. Maintain adequate valet supplies as required. 6. Markets the entire hotel when rooming a guest. 7. Maintains complete knowledge of hotel amenities and layout, local attractions, and airport transportation. 8. Reads log book daily. 9. Maintain and clean Market area to ensure that it is always fully stocked using the FIFO system for food, free of dirt and debris and organized for easy access for guests. 10. Keeps up-to-date on in-house groups and functions. 11. Follows all rooming procedures. 12. Issues proper luggage tags, stores bags properly, cross-reference when issuing. 13. Maintains vehicle maintenance records properly. 14. Ensures deliveries/luggage are brought to correct rooms. 15. Facilitates prompt handling of guest luggage and needs during peak periods. 16. Completes own share of last man duties, showing rooms, delivering messages, etc. 17. Assists in the maintenance upkeep of the bell closet and carts. 18. Works systematically so as not to lose luggage. 19. Operates bell carts with care, so as not to damage property or cause injury. 20. Each associate will be required to follow the rules as found in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks. 21. Deliver guest valet laundry in a prompt manner. 22. Able to accurately give directions and information regarding the immediate and metro areas. 23. Reports tips daily. 24. Is a positive thinker and company driven. 25. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures. 26. Ensures that all checklists and responsibilities are completed by the end of shift. 27. Must attend Service Excellence Class and obtain an 80% or higher in observations.
