Opening for an Executive Steward for The Treasure Island Hotel Casino on the Las Vegas Stip. It is the primary responsibility of the Executive Steward to ensure all phases of kitchen cleaning to attain safe and sanitary conditions for the property. SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS: ? Oversee the breakdown, feed, catches, and sorts of all dishes and flatware as it is brought to the dish area ? Ensure wash, sort and store pots in their proper location on shelves ? Oversee wall washing, ceilings, baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards ? Ensure floors are mopped and swept daily ? Ensure the transport of garbage from kitchen areas to trash room is completed ? Oversee the polishing of silver, glass and brass in areas as needed ?
