What You'll Be Doing:

• Whip up menu items following recipes and quality standards
• Make sure food is cooked and served promptly
• Keep your work station clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules

Skills You Need:

• Experience with broiling
• Know-how in menu planning
• Skills in cooking pasta

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

• Good knife skills
• Eye for plate presentation
• Experience with sautéing
• Knowledge of portion control
• Ability to cook from scratch
