About the role

Our bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience. This role includes mixing and serving drinks, taking drink orders, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Bartenders must have strong customer service skills, a deep knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Each bartender will report to the Beverage Manager.

What you will do

• Take and deliver drink orders to guests in the water while ensuring drinks are served safely in appropriate containers.
• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards in the pool and surrounding area.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.
• Requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
• Strong commitment to service
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in St. Kitts & Nevis
