Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
Provides high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety.
Ensures guests have a positive, memorable experience.
Assists with bar set-up/close-down plans including cash close-out.
Maintains standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service.
Attends beer, wine and spirits trainings.
Assists with catering events.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferred
Some bartending experience
OTHER
Required
21 years of age or older
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Required
Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
SKILLS
Required
General knowledge of bartending and mixology, along with food safety practices
Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to move items up to 40 pounds. This position involves remaining stationary for extended periods of time. Effective communication skills are necessary. The role requires the ability to detect items in proximity as well as far away; discern between colors; detect objects in peripheral space of self; discern items in detail; and to have good depth perception. This role also will work indoors around both hot and cold temperatures and loud noises. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

Flexible work schedule with ability to work late hours.
Management reserves the right to adjust work hours to accommodate special meals and events.
Minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday through Sunday.
Position is capped at 29 hours per week.
