Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Wireless Communications / Scheduling / Inventory
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $17-19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (on-site)

They are looking for you, an experienced Customer Service Specialist
Who can be the first point of contact for visitors and customers. This is a temporary role that will support our client's growing division in Lafayette, IN.
What you get to do:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, handling incoming calls and emails.
Log all repairs in ERP, determine warranty dates, coordinate internal repairs or third-party repairs, and ensure timely returns.
Track, stage, and ship products for the sales and service teams.
Maintain and rotate inventory levels; ensure secure handling of inventory.
Assist with adding/removing equipment and handling renewals.
Schedule jobs and support the field teams with accurate record-keeping.
Update customer contact information and ensure billing accuracy.
Pull and maintain various reports such as WIP and aging.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
What you need to succeed:
1-3 years of experience in customer operations or similar fields (customer service, scheduling/dispatch, purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory, or sales support).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Office setting experience preferred.
Physical ability to occasionally lift equipment up to 30 lbs.
