Position Description
The responsibilities of a server include guiding guests through our menu and ensuring a seamless experience for each and every guest. Having a thorough understanding of our menu items allows servers to enhance guest experiences by offering personalized suggestions and pairings. You will also be tasked with taking orders accurately, delivering hot food promptly, clearing tables, and managing transactions. Our servers take pride in providing an excellent meal to our guests and having fun at the same time!

Job Qualifications - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements
Desire to Help At our Busiest - This may include working nights, weekends, and holidays
Perform the Physical Demands - Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop
Embodies Traditions' Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Greet guests, escort them to their seats, and present them with menus and wine lists
Take orders from guests for food or beverages
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
Inform guests of daily specials
Check guests' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
