Janitor-Hauler - Grounds Maintenance

Join our team - Part Time - Day Time cleaning position that's more than just a job it's a long-term opportunity. We're looking for dependable hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and keeping our properties clean as well as performing haul off's. Competitive starting wage with auto expenses included.
All cleaning equipment and supplies provided by employer.
Will frequently pull company trailer to preform haul off's of trash/furniture/etc. from shopping centers, vacant apartments and houses for disposal.
All work is performed in Bakersfield area.
Job duties include but are not limited to sweeping, emptying trash cans, picking up loose trash and dusting window ledges around Shopping Centers. Must be able to safely operate full size pick-up truck to pull large trailer to job sites and landfill.
