Maintenance Mechanic (1st and 2nd Shift Roles Available)

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Maintenance Technicians to support our client's production facility. This role is essential in keeping all equipment running smoothly, ensuring minimal downtime, and contributing to a safe, efficient workplace. We are hiring for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This includes preventative maintenance, mechanical and basic electrical repairs, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs as scheduled.

Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment.

Maintain and repair facility infrastructure (lights, plumbing, structural).

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation.

Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Assist with equipment installations or upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

2+ years minimum maintenance experience in a manufacturing experience needed for Level 1 role and 10+ years needed for Level 4 role.

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Schedule:

1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
