Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant (Light Glam Experience) Location: Fort Lauderdale-Miami Area, South Florida ( Local Candidates Only ) Type: Full-Time, In-Person Max Tallent Management is seeking a polished and detail-driven Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant with light glam/personal styling support experience for a discerning ULHNWI based in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami area. This full-time position requires a pet-friendly , hands-on professional with a sharp eye for cleanliness, wardrobe presentation, and the refined touches that support a luxury lifestyle. This is a rare opportunity for a housekeeping professional who understands elevated service standards and takes pride in maintaining pristine environments and polished wardrobes with a touch of glam. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and presentation at all times Manage household inventory and supplies, reordering as needed Handle fine surfaces, materials, and furnishings with care and appropriate techniques Support setup and breakdown for guests, events, and seasonal changes Laundry & Wardrobe Care Wash, fold, iron, steam, and care for high-end clothing and linens Organize and maintain wardrobes and closets (color coding, seasonal rotation, dry cleaning coordination) Handle delicate fabrics, designer items, and couture with care Pack and unpack for travel; assist with luggage prep and wardrobe planning Light Glam Assistance Assist with light personal styling, outfit prep, and occasional touch-ups Maintain glam stations (hair/makeup areas) in a tidy and organized state Coordinate with stylists, glam teams, or personal shoppers as needed Pet Care Support Comfortable around dogs and cats; assist with daily care, including walking, feeding, and vet/grooming coordination Keep pet areas clean and odor-free Qualifications Fluent English; Spanish is a plus 2+ years of experience in high-end housekeeping or private service roles, preferably in UHNW or celebrity households Strong knowledge of garment care, including luxury and couture fabrics Experience with personal styling or glam support is a strong plus Must be based in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami area (no relocation) Pet-friendly and comfortable working in a household with dogs and cats Exceptional attention to detail and discretion Professional, poised, and respectful of boundaries Must pass background check and provide references To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note outlining relevant experience to ... .
