Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food. Clear and reset bays. Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system. Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to supervisor. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures. Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school graduate or equivalent Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays. Must work well with or without direct supervision. Previous Serving experience Excellent oral communication skills required. Positive interpersonal skills required. Must be able to maintain proper certificates or Training to serve Alcohol.
