Head Housekeeper

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Head Housekeeper** for two hotels with a total of 125 rooms to lead our housekeeping team. We are also looking for a head housekeeper for a 148 room hotel. If you take pride in cleanliness, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and scheduling

Training, supervising, and motivating housekeeping staff

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met

Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and managing stock levels

Coordinating with maintenance and front desk for smooth operations

Addressing guest requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example and manage a team effectively

Excellent communication and time management skills

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
