Job Details QUALITY ITALIAN is seeking experienced Full and Part Time Dishwashers to join our team!

Position Summary: As a Dishwasher at Quality Italian, you are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen through efficient operation of dishwashing equipment and strict adherence to sanitation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures all kitchen tools and areas meet the highest levels of cleanliness and safety.

Position Requirements:

• Operate commercial dishwashing machine throughout the shift, ensuring proper loading, temperature settings, and use of detergent for efficient cleaning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot dishwashing machine performance, including clearing jams and assembling/reassembling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces regularly.
• Handle trash removal by securely disposing of waste in designated dumpsters and maintaining cleanliness around disposal areas.
• Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic food prep and service tasks when requested.
• Ensure compliance with all state and CDC health and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling practices.
• Support overall cleanliness by regularly sanitizing high-traffic areas.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record, arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, and standing for the entire shift.
• Work effectively as part of a team, with strong communication skills, time management, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
