Line Cook/ Pizza Maker

We are hiring for a Line Cook/ Pizza Maker position:

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook with previous pizza/baking experience, familiar with artisan pizza dough; additional experience with Neapolitan style pizza dough is a plus.

Job description:
* Opening/stretching, and loading pizzas into a (deck type) of oven.
* Following standardized recipes to prepare in-house/ from scratch: dough, sauces, toppings, etc.
* Monitoring inventories.
* Maintaining clean and organized work station.
* Follow all food health and safety requirements/ guidelines.

Job qualifications:
* Precision and attention to detail is a must.
* Previous food handling/ restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
* Thrive in a fast paced/ multi faceted environment.
* Effectively communicate and work as part of a team.
