A day in the life...

We are a small boutique luxury property located in the heart of Old Town Key West, FL. In this role, you will be assisting our guests with many aspects of their stay and also answering phone lines for incoming calls including assisting guests with hotel reservations. Our Front Desk team provides an award-winning guest experience and assists with bell person and valet duties, as needed.

Previous front desk experience and a can-do team attitude is what we are looking for. Prior cash handling experience is required and must be able to pass a motor vehicle driving record to be covered by company insurance for valet cross-training purposes. If you enjoy world-class service in a boutique setting, this could be the perfect position for you.
