Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily deep cleaning of resident rooms, ensuring a warm and spotless atmosphere for our residents.
• Change and refresh bedding and linens as part of your daily tasks.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing, to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Coordinate with our Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, and House Supervisors to ensure common areas are always welcoming and clean.
• Report any maintenance concerns to the Executive Director to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with residents and team members.

Who Were Looking For:

• Experience Matters: Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping, preferably within an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.
• Attentive & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your work, ensuring every room and common area shines.
• Resident-Focused: You act with the residents best interests at heart, bringing joy and a commitment to quality care.
• Effective Communicator: Youre fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Team Player with Heart: Embracing our core values of patience, service, teamwork, responsibility, and flexibility is essential to success in this role.
