Step into a leadership role with one of the most refined, high-performing full-service restaurant environments in Orlando. This is a rare opportunity to oversee kitchen operations for a concept consistently doing $10M-$15M annuallyall within a structured, system-driven culture that values excellence, consistency, and team leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
Direct all back-of-house operations and ensure flawless daily execution
Uphold and enforce established systems, recipes, and plating standards
Lead and develop a large BOH team while maintaining top-tier service and food quality
Manage labor, food cost, prep, and execution with a focus on efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to maintain exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For:
Proven Executive Chef experience in high-volume full-service restaurants (preferably $8M+ annual sales)
Strong leadership presence with stable career history (no job-hopping)
Ability to execute within a non-creative, process-oriented kitchen culture
Familiarity with corporate structure and performance metrics
Experience leading large teams with clear expectations and accountability
