Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and other drinks, according to recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure drinks are prepared and served correctly, with attention to detail and presentation.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building rapport.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Bar Operations:
Check customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces.
Manage bar inventory, including stocking liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to all local and national liquor laws and regulations.
Other Duties:
Assist with preparing garnishes and other bar supplies.
May be required to take food orders and assist servers.
Participate in training and development activities.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
