We manage properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway. We are seeking a cleaner to service properties in the Government Camp, Oregon, area. This is a part-time, per-clean contract position, with compensation ranging from $25-$30+ per hour, based on property size. As a contractor, your team will work independently on a project-by-project basis rather than as a permanent employee. Job Responsibilities: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and furnishings Clean, dust, and wipe down all surfaces and furniture Disinfect and sanitize kitchen and bathroom areas, including appliances, sinks, and toilets Wash dishes and empty the dishwasher Sanitize waste baskets and remove trash Strip linens and towels, launder, and replace with fresh items Make beds, reset towels, and restock amenities (e.g., soap, detergent, shampoo) Touch up marks on walls as needed Clean exterior spaces and outdoor furniture Report any damage or repair needs promptly Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds Bring your own cleaning supplies to each job Reliable transportation is required Additional Details: Cleanings take place in Government Camp and the surrounding area Cleanings must be completed within 24 hours of checkout, often same-day as needs arise Flexible schedule, with cleaning required any day of the week If you are interested in joining a dynamic, small-team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
