BARTENDER: Troon Golf, LLC at BallenIsles Country Club, Inc. has 7 temporary full-time Bartender openings in Palm Beach Gardens, FL from 10/1/25-5/31/26. Take beverage order. Prepare mixed drinks and serve the same. Cleans bar area. May be required to take food orders and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding wines and other products. Requisition and display liquor and supplies. Must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code. 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; variable 8-hour shifts over 7 days a week between 6 AM to 11 PM; $18.88/hr.; O/T at $28.32/hr. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deduction from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made from biweekly paycheck. Optional deductions include: optional housing fee of $170.00/week for rent; Optional deduction of a $200 refundable security deposit (payroll deducted in four equal $50.00 installments during first four payrolls) for optional housing. Raises/bonuses may be offered to any worker based on performance, skill, tenure. Req. no minimum education; no experience required. Post-employment drug testing; Ability to communicate in English, pass pre-employment police clearance. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68/day with receipts. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Employer will arrange the workers transportation and subsistence directly in advance at a minimum, the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's start date of employment. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Offer to US workers same as H2B workers.
