We are seeking a Food Production Sanitation Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a wholesome food production facility that manufactures granola, cereal and flakes located in Eugene, Oregon.
The Food Production Sanitation Worker will play an essential role in the hands on handling of food products in the facility. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient distribution of food products.

Duties and Responsibilities for Sanitation Worker
Ensure all food production and packaging equipment and facilities are cleaned per a Master Schedule and company procedures
Clean all machines thoroughly as per the strict standard operating procedures. This requires the disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing of equipment.
HACCP ' Environmental swabbing and testing (ATP, Salmonella, Listeria), Brittle Plastic/Broken glass inspections, eliminate organic and chemical residue form product contact surfaces, and monitor bullet magnets.
Follow all safety procedures and policies and report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to supervisor on duty.
Adhere to Good Housekeeping Practices
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and individual personal hygiene practices at all times.
Maintain daily reports and records as assigned
Train and Certify employees as assigned.
Complete all other tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisor
Responsible for supporting and maintaining Food Safety and Quality programs
Skills and Qualifications for Sanitation Worker
EE must have HS Diploma or GED
On feet 8+ hours a day, bending, stooping, twisting
