I'm delegating work that I cannot safely do myself, due to physical disabilities. No personal care. No Executive tasks. Housekeeping is the priority and the only required task category. I need a fit, detailed housekeeper, who accountably follows directions, and communicates clearly in English. If you offer, I may agree to delegate additional practical tasks, depending on your preferences and skills. I will be home, doing other things, while the work is done independently. I live in a 1-bedroom apartment. Must be soft-spoken, and unintrusive, and respect my privacy, confidentiality, autonomy, and time. (Please read this requirement twice.) Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays, and hopefully holidays. If you have limited availability, that's OK. I can hire an additional person, if needed. If you succeed on weekends, and ask for additional work during the week, I will gladly consider that. I have up to 96 hours per month. I prioritize weekends but I will use as many IHSS hours as i can, so long as I am not exhausted or less productive if I do.
