bi-weekly House Cleaner or house keeper / de-cluttering / etc (Kent, WA) compensation: Let me know your hourly rate. I am looking for a bi-weekly housecleaner for a 3,000 sq ft 4 bd / 2 bath house. The address is in Kent, but it is actually 2 minutes from the Covington Costco. There is only 1 person living here, so despite the size, it's not that bad. I am looking for someone who is willing to do the traditional cleaning items in a house, but is also willing to help out with extended "housekeeping" domestic help. This would include things like cleaning/putting away dishes, laundry/hanging clothes, de-cluttering/organizing, occasionally extended deep cleaning of appliances. I prefer someone independent, or who at least works for their own company. I do not want different people showing up each week. While pairs will be considered, preference is to solo workers. My experience in the past has been the job gets done too quickly when 2 people are present to allow things like dishes to finish and laundry/sheets to dry and be put away.
