What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a full-service restaurant (French cuisine or fine dining preferred). Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and professional. You should enjoy engaging with guests and building rapport with regulars. Skills: Strong knowledge of food, wine, and table service etiquette. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency. Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a supportive and respectful team culture. Dependability: Punctual, responsible, and committed to excellent service.
