Job Details Mile End is looking for experienced servers to join our team as we continue our 15th year serving the Brooklyn community.

We are looking for a server with availability to work 2-3 shifts, with room for growth possible in the future. Barista experience is useful, but we also provide training with Devocion. Friday and weekend availability is required.

The right person must be a team player - we're a small close-knit staff who work hard together and also like to have fun! Expect to lend a hand seating guests, preparing beverages, taking to-go orders, and bussing/setting tables.

All servers will be paid an hourly base wage (starting at $11/hr) plus tips. Tips are pooled and typically average from $30-35/hr depending on the day.

Ideal candidates possess:

*Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment.

*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.

*A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*A can-do attitude, not afraid to get their hands dirty.

*TIPs Certification and NYDOH Food Handlers a plus.
