As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Prep Cook to tackle food prep and production at our commissary kitchen and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Cook to support our off-site catering kitchen operations. This individual plays a key role in ensuring all ingredients, components, and prep work are executed efficiently and to standard, enabling smooth event execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Be involved in daily food production, execution and packing for events.

Assist in keeping the kitchen organized.

Assist in putting away food orders

Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment use (HACCP, ServSafe)

Maintain organized systems for labeling, storing, and transporting food safely

Be dependable in your role, as an important part of the team.

Adapt quickly to last-minute changes in event scope or menu and provide solutions on the fly

Qualifications:
2+ years in kitchen, ideally a little experience in catering or high-volume production
An understanding of event prep logistics and off-site food service challenges
Proven ability to work with a team, or as a self motivated individual at times.
Familiarity with catering BEOs, packing systems, and event timelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
