Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift)**

**Location:** Mocksville, NC

**Schedule:** MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

**Pay Range:** $27$30/hour (based on experience)

**Openings:** 3 Full-Time Positions - All permanent position with full benefits listed below.

A leading manufacturer of high-performance storage and workspace solutions for commercial, industrial, and consumer markets is seeking **three Industrial Maintenance Mechanics** to support daily operations at our growing facility in Mocksville, NC.

These positions are essential to keeping automated systems and production machinery running efficiently and safely. If you're a skilled mechanic with a passion for solving problems and improving equipment reliability, we want to hear from you.

**Available Roles:**

1. **General Maintenance Mechanic** Broad mechanical experience in an industrial environment.

2. **Lathe Machine Specialist** Must have hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing **CNC and manual lathe machines** .

3. **Welder/Maintenance Mechanic** Requires experience in **industrial welding** along with general mechanical maintenance skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and machinery, including **conveyors, AC/DC motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems** .

+ Conduct routine and preventive maintenance across all plant systems.

+ Work with **automated machinery** and perform basic troubleshooting of **PLC-controlled equipment** .

+ Fabricate or modify parts using standard shop tools.

+ Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and follow safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

+ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

+ Proven experience in **industrial maintenance or mechanical repair** in a manufacturing setting.

+ Strong working knowledge of **hydraulics, pneumatics, AC/DC motor systems** , and **automated machinery** .

+ Familiarity with **PLC troubleshooting** , safety protocols, and preventative maintenance practices.

+ Specialized experience required depending on role (lathe repair or welding).
