Delaware North Travel is hiring full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Supervisory experience required; 2 years preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
