Flexibility offered during periods when the family is awaypresence required only one day per week, on a schedule of the candidate's preference Approx. 48 hours/week when the family is in residence, with the expectation of working every day during those periods. The family is typically in residence for a total of approximately four months yearly, staggered throughout the calendar year rather than consecutive. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to oversee the upkeep and care of two luxury apartments (one 3-bedroom and one 2-bedroom). This role requires flexibility in alignment with the family's travel schedule and an unwavering commitment to maintaining pristine, organized, and guest-ready homes always. Key Responsibilities: When the Family is in Residence: Provide daily morning housekeeping service, including: Full cleaning of common living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen Bed-making and linen changes Laundry, ironing and steaming Waste and recycling management Morning turn-down or refresh service as needed Ensure the kitchen is always left spotless and well-organized after meal preparations Care and cleaning of fine furnishings, finishes, and materials When the Family is Away: One full housekeeping day per week to include: Rotational deep cleaning of both apartments Inspection and light maintenance of furnishings and appliances General tidiness and readiness of both residences Before Each Arrival: Full pre-arrival cleaning and setup, including: Deep cleaning of both residences Fresh laundering, ironing, and changing of all bed linens Staging the homes to be fully guest-ready After Each Departure: Comprehensive post-departure reset, including: Sanitation of bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas Linen and laundry processing Restocking and organization of essentials Qualifications: Prior experience in UHNW homes, luxury residences, or high-end hospitality Warm, polished presence with a professional and service-minded approach Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate seamlessly with principals and staff Discreet, trustworthy and exercises excellent judgment Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Energetic, reliable, and physically capable of managing longer days when the family is in residence
