Job Summary: Requirements:

- Must be 16 years or older

Duties:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing

equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored after

cleaning.

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling

ingredients.

- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks such as stocking supplies or cleaning kitchen

equipment when necessary.
